With over two decades of dedicated service, Paige has been an integral part of the Post Oak Motor Cars team since her employment commenced in 2002, just four years after the current ownership took the helm in 1998. Over the years, she has contributed her expertise across various departments, progressing from Sales to Service and ascending to her current role in accounting and administration.

During her tenure, Paige has had the privilege of learning from four distinct general managers, skillfully adapting and absorbing unique techniques and knowledge from each individual's distinctive approach to business. Her abilities extend beyond mere number crunching, as she possesses a robust aptitude for managing administration, fostering development, ensuring compliance, overseeing Human Resources, and nurturing the social aspects of our business.

Furthermore, Paige is supported by a well-rounded team, many of whom have been with Post Oak Motors for over 15 years. In the heart of our company's culture, Paige plays a pivotal role, constantly enriching her knowledge through ongoing training and staying attuned to the ever-evolving economic landscape.

As the General Sales Manager at Post Oak Motor Cars, Rick has been a valuable member of our team since 2017. In his current capacity, he oversees the management of the new, pre-owned, and finance departments.

Rick's journey with us commenced as the Finance Director, and his contributions were pivotal in elevating F&I revenues and broadening our lease portfolio. In recognition of his exceptional performance, Rick earned a well-deserved promotion to the role of General Sales Manager in 2021.

Boasting more than two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Rick has held prominent positions as a finance director for distinguished brands, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, and Volvo. His extensive background underscores his profound expertise in the field, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

In 2017, Jeff embarked on his journey with Post Oak Motor Cars, taking on the role of Service and Parts Director. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated a remarkable talent for identifying and placing top-tier professionals in crucial positions, spanning both technical and customer-facing roles.

Jeff's recruitment prowess played a pivotal role in Post Oak Motor Cars earning the esteemed title of Rolls-Royce Americas Dealer of the Year in 2020. Under his skillful guidance, Post Oak Motor Cars has consistently ranked among the top performers in customer satisfaction, achieving remarkable fixed operations revenue growth.

Before joining our team, Jeff dedicated 18 years to Momentum Porsche as the Service Manager, where he not only oversaw the development of a new, independent facility but also played an instrumental role in franchise expansion. His efforts were duly recognized with multiple awards, both for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving substantial revenue increases.

Jeff's expertise and leadership have been transformative at every step of his career.

Diane, a proud native of Houston, embodies an unbridled passion for sales, marketing, and supercars. With an impressive career spanning over 20 years in the luxury automotive industry, she epitomizes what it means to be a true "car girl."

Her expertise shines through as she has represented renowned brands like Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. Diane joined the Post Oak Motors team in 2017 and finds immense satisfaction in not only leading the marketing, e-commerce, and events but also in providing support to each department in the store and plays a crucial role in fostering the overall growth of the stores, both at the local and national levels.

When she steps away from the showroom, you'll find Diane relishing the company of close friends and spending time with her 13-year-old Frenchie, two turtles, and six tortoises.
